Hon Trac Lon, also known as Phu Hung Islet, lies near Shark Cape (Mũi Cá Mập), positioned between Con Son Island and the two smaller islets—Hon Tai Lon and Hon Tai Nho. Covering an area of approximately 14 hectares, the islet is characterized by lush greenery throughout the year and a rich ecosystem that provides habitat for seabirds, sea turtles, and various rare wildlife species. From Pier 914, visitors can clearly admire the picturesque view of this charming little island.
One of the most attractive features of Hon Trac Lon is its stunning beach, where crystal-clear jade-green waters make it an ideal spot for swimming, snorkeling, or simply unwinding in the pristine natural surroundings.
Hon Trac Lon measures only about 0.25 km² and, together with Hon Trac Nho (Phu Thinh Islet), forms a chain of islets stretching from the northeast to the southwest, connecting toward Hon Bay Canh.
