Important: Passengers must arrive at the pier 15 minutes prior to departure time for boarding.
Departure Locations (Seasonal) To ensure safety and the best experience, the departure pier changes according to the wind season:
South Wind Season (Usually April – September):
- Departure: Bãi Phủ (Phu Beach).
- Travel time: 15 – 20 minutes by speedboat.
North Wind Season (Remaining months):
- Departure: Near Biển Đông Hotel (Search on maps and go to the end of the road).
- Travel time: 5 – 10 minutes by speedboat.
