Service Procedure and Safety Regulations
To ensure that every flight is a smooth and memorable experience, passengers are requested to take note of the following:
- Departure and arrival location: Vung Tau Airport, No. 38, 30/4 Street, Tam Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Arrival time: Passengers should arrive 60 minutes before departure to complete security procedures.
- Administrative procedures: Passenger personal information must be provided at least 5 days in advance for security screening and flight authorization procedures by the General Staff of the Ministry of National Defence.
- Safety regulations: For safety reasons, the Captain has the final authority to determine whether the helicopter can take off based on actual weather and technical conditions.
